Our Microcosm Studies, also referred to as Biofeasibility Studies, can determine contaminant degradation rates for as many different scenarios that you would like to try, all within our respirometric laboratory. Respirtek has developed protocol for a basic bench scale biofeasibility study, using respirometric technology combined with traditional analytical testing, that provides a very economical approach to bioremediation determination. Study the impact of air to indigenous microbes followed by COD and TOC analytical for baseline comparability,

Study the impact of specialty microbe seed addition followed by BTEX, VOC, COD and TOC analytical for baseline comparability,
